We have enhanced the Student Portfolio to better maintain and document each student's personal, academic, and co-curricular records. A Word document containing the title page, personal information, family information, medical record, academic progress, co-curricular activities, and discipline record is being shared with you.
Parents are kindly requested to:
Provide accurate and complete information in all
sections.
Print the completed document.
Place it in an A4-size PVC 2-ring binder file (Note: The file should be of black color.)
Please paste a
recent passport-size photograph of your child on the front page of the
portfolio.
Submit it to the Class Advisor along with the Summer Vacation Homework (SVHW) in August.
Please ensure that all information is completed neatly and clearly.
