We have enhanced the Student Portfolio to better
maintain and document each student's personal, academic, and co-curricular
records. A Word document containing the title page, personal information,
family information, medical record, academic progress, co-curricular
activities, and discipline record is being shared with you.
Parents are kindly requested to:
• Provide accurate and complete information in all
sections.
• Print the completed document.
• Place it in an A4-size PVC 2-ring binder file.
• Submit it to the Class Advisor along with the Summer Vacation Homework (SVHW)
in August.
Please ensure that all information is completed neatly
and clearly.
