Please check all the information very carefully before signing it. Kindly
fill in the blank spaces and rectify in case of error with red pen.
Submit the Form in the Registrar’s Office, along with the

Copy of Computerized B-Form.

Copy of Fee Challan (Compulsory).
·
Registration fee which is Rs:1000, not later than 24 July 2020.
