Greetings of Peace!
As you already know
that ICS, H-8/4 Campus will have its P.E Display for the School Year 2016 –
2017
on Wednesday, February
8 (Pre Primary Level) and Thursday, February 9, (Primary, Junior and Senior
Levels), therefore, the ICS Administration takes immense pleasure to invite our
worthy parents on this auspicious occasion. You are cordially invited to attend
the Physical Education Display of your child. Your presence will surely be
acknowledged and will be a source of encouragement and appreciation for your child
as well as for us.
Regarding
the Display, Kindly take note the following important reminders:
Ø
On Wednesday,
February 8, 2017, Primary, Junior and Senior Level Classes will be off whereas
on Thursday, February 9, 2017 Pre Primary Level classes will be off.
Ø
From Senior Level, on Thursday, February 9, only the
participating students (Senior boys for Gymnastics and Senior Girls for Mash Up
Performance) will come to school. Remaining senior level students will be off
for both days.
Ø
All Team Managers, Captains and Vice Captains will
report on both days i.e. on 8th and 9th February.
Ø
Student’s reporting time for both days will be 8:45 am
and they will assemble in their respective class rooms where their attendance
will be marked.
Ø
Students will come to school in their assigned P.E.
costumes (Students will wear only black or white shoes).
Ø
After the display, students will move back to their
respective class rooms from where they will proceed to the dismissal area with
their class advisors.
Note: Attendance is a must for all the
students on P.E Display as Physical Education carries marks. Each student should bring one small Pakistan flag for the Finale.
